The single-storey house is almost T-shaped, with the entrance hall taking central point in the strategic distribution of the spaces, with the aim of creating different experience areas, depending on the hierarchy and type of use.  A smaller part of the building encloses the service and support spaces, such as the garage, storage and laundry. A larger part is made up of social spaces on one side and intimate spaces on the other. The living and dinning room and kitchen, which are open-plan spaces, are fully related to the south-west covered outdoor patio, facing the pool, and connected to an outdoor dining area, supported by the barbecue. The three bedrooms, all opening to the south-east, are more visually concealed and enjoy the morning sun, being separated by the two bathrooms, which gives them privacy.
